Interventional technology developer AngioDynamics said that executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) Michael Greiner will be leaving the company.

Stephen Trowbridge, senior vice president and general counsel, will assume the role of interim CFO while the firm begins its search for a permanent successor. AngioDynamics emphasized that Greiner's departure is unrelated to its business performance, financial reporting, or controls.

Greiner will also remain with the firm up to the filing of its second fiscal quarter 10-Q form to facilitate a smooth transition of duties, the vendor said.
