Merge taps new president for Merge eMed unit

Merge Healthcare has hired Robert White as president of its Merge eMed division.

White is replacing David Noshay, who is moving on to lead Merge Healthcare's strategic business development initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and associated business integration activities.

White has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience. Most recently he was chief operating officer of imaging products distributor SourceOne Healthcare Technologies of Mentor, OH. Prior to that, White spent 15 years at IBM in various senior executive and sales and marketing roles, according to Merge.
