Carestream lands DR order in Mass.

Carestream Health has sold two DRX-Evolution Plus digital radiography (DR) devices to Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, MA.

The hospital will install one of the devices in its main radiology department, which is already equipped with DRX Plus 4343C cesium iodide detectors, and another at its offsite specialty practice center.

Newton-Wellesley Hospital currently has two radiology rooms equipped with Carestream imaging devices, as well as two DRX-Revolution mobile x-ray systems.
