Hyperfine hires chief people officer

Portable MRI developer Hyperfine has named Kyla Pavlina as chief people officer.

Pavlina comes to Hyperfine with over 15 years of experience in medical technology and healthcare human resources, most recently serving as chief people officer of Mesa Biotech (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), according to the company. She has also been vice president of human resources at medical device company SeaSpine and head of human resources at CrossFit.

In her new role, Pavlina will manage all aspects of Hyperfine's human capital assets and strategies.
