The RSNA Research and Education (R&E) Foundation has awarded more than $3 million in grants thus far this year, for a 30% funding rate of all applications.
The $3 million brings the foundation's total awards since its start in 1984 to $70 million. It has supported more than 1,600 projects and more than 1,500 researchers and has funded 85 multiyear grants from 40 institutions across North America, it said.
