National Imaging Solutions has acquired portable x-ray system manufacturer DynaRad. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The deal will allow National Imaging Solutions to expand its offerings to include portable x-ray devices, including a mobile field x-ray unit that features nanotube technology, the company said.
National Imaging Solutions helps its clients purchase new and used imaging equipment such as x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT devices. It also offers field service and PACS management and hosting.
