Berlex to supply Ultravist to NYMI

Contrast developer Berlex has a signed a four-year agreement to provide New York Medical Imaging with the firm’s Ultravist x-ray contrast agent. New York Medical Imaging is the largest utilization manager/provider of imaging services in New York state, Berlex said.

The contract has a projected value of more than $6 million over its term, according to Montville, NJ-based Berlex. The deal represents the Berlex imaging group's first contract with a managed care provider.
