Pharmaceutical firm Cytogen has promoted William Goeckeler, Ph.D. to the newly created position of vice president of research and development. Goeckeler, who previously served as Cytogen's director of pharmaceutical development, will be responsible for the company's medical, regulatory, and quality affairs.
In addition, the Princeton, NJ-based firm has promoted Deborah Kaminsky to vice president of sales and marketing. Kaminsky replaces Terry Novak, who has left Cytogen to pursue other opportunities.
