Time is running out for Minnies nominations

Dear AuntMinnie.com Member,

That’s right -- you've got just two more days to submit nominations for The Minnies, AuntMinnie.com’s annual event to recognize excellence in radiology. We’ll be accepting your nominees until midnight, September 29, so put on your thinking caps and head over to minnies.auntminnie.com.

The Minnies lets you choose the best of 2002. We’ve set up 15 categories, ranging from Scientific Paper of the Year to Best New Radiology Product. Your nominations will be used to compile a slate of semifinalists, which will be narrowed down to two per category for a final round in November. The winners will be recognized at this year’s RSNA meeting in Chicago.

With The Minnies, you decide whose contributions have made radiology the vibrant, rapidly evolving field it is today. Choose the Most Influential Radiology Researcher, and the Most Effective Radiology Educator. Just go to minnies.auntminnie.com.

When you’re done, don't forget to check out Part IV in our ongoing Turf Wars in Radiology series. This week’s article examines ultrasound, and a truce of sorts between some radiologists and ob/gyn specialists. Just go here.
