Handheld x-ray developer Aribex has filed a patent infringement lawsuit alleging violation of intellectual property rights against Bio-Ray Prox.
The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah in Salt Lake City. Aribex is the developer of Nomad and Nomad Pro handheld battery-powered x-ray systems, which are used in dental, veterinary, and forensic practices, said the Orem, UT-based firm.
