Neiman Institute, SIR partner on cost-effectiveness grant

The Harvey L. Neiman Health Policy Institute (HPI) and the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Foundation are launching a new grant to study image-guided minimally invasive therapies.

The Cost-Effectiveness and Quality Outcomes Research Grant is designed to support research investigating the cost-effectiveness, quality, and outcomes of interventional radiology techniques compared to other current and emerging treatment options, according to the institute.

Grants with funding of up to $30,000 each will be awarded, HPI said.
