Although patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) can respond to immunotherapy quite differently, there are unfortunately no reliable biomarkers available for predicting treatment efficacy. AI may be able to help, however.

After utilizing a machine-learning algorithm and radiomics analysis on CT exams, researchers found that their method yielded high diagnostic performance for predicting response to immunotherapy. You can read all about it in our most highly viewed story of the week.

Mammography is facing a number of changes to reporting requirements and reimbursement policy.
