Vida introduces pulmonary software

Advanced visualization software developer Vida Diagnostics debuted its new Apollo software for evaluating pulmonary disease at the American Thoracic Society (ATS) annual meeting in Denver this week.

The new software is used to evaluate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and lung cancer. It is a comprehensive CT lung analysis tool, generating quantitative, repeatable measurements of lung structure and function.

Apollo has been installed at the National Jewish Hospital in Denver, the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Des Moines, and Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia for validation and clinical use.
