Canon Medical Systems USA has announced a partnership with Cleerly Health to further develop cardiac CT for the diagnosis and management of heart disease.
The agreement will combine Canon's artificial-intelligence (AI)-based cardiac CT technology with Cleerly's whole-heart atherosclerosis analysis software, which automatically generates reports from CT exams, the two companies said.
Canon's cardiac CT offerings include one-beat cardiac CT for conventional and spectral imaging, as well as Vitrea advanced visualization tools, according to the firm.
