The Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) will hold its 17th annual scientific meeting in person July 15-17 in Las Vegas, NV, with steps taken to mitigate risk from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
"The Society, along with the planning committee, have taken steps to mitigate risk from the ongoing pandemic, such as requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the opening session," said SCCT President Dr. Eric Williamson, in a news release.
In addition, this year the SCCT 2022 program has been condensed into 2.5 days of scientific sessions, which will be held in a dedicated area of the Caesar's Palace Hotel to reduce exposure to additional locations.
Registration for the meeting is now open with an extended early bird rate through May 31, 2022, to allow attendees greater flexibility in planning their travel. Several pre-program courses and workshops taking place on Wednesday, July 13 and Thursday, July 14.
