Kromek has reported a revenue increase for its full year.
For the period (end-April 30), the company posted revenue of 23.4 million euros ($25.3 million U.S.), up 24% compared with 20.4 million euros ($22.1 million) last year. Net loss for the year was 4.2 million euros ($3.7 million) down from 2023's 7.7 million euros ($8.3 million).
Kromek continues development of cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) detectors for photon counting CT and noted the launch of Spectrum Dynamics Medical's SPT/CT device Veriton-CT 300, which uses Kromek’s digital detectors, it said.
