Fischer gets DR order from Analogic

Fischer Imaging and its partner Direct Radiography Corp. have received a multimillion-dollar order for digital radiography systems from subsystems provider Analogic. Peabody, MA-based Analogic announced its intention to enter the DR market at the 1999 RSNA meeting. Initial shipments were made to Analogic at the end of February, with several more systems set to ship this month, according to Denver-based Fischer.
