GE partners with IFT for digital x-ray

GE Medical Systems has selected International Flex Technologies to provide the Waukesha, WI-based vendor with high-end, fine-line flexible circuits used in digital x-ray systems, including its Senographe 2000D digital mammography system, Revolution XQ/i digital chest system, and Innova 2000 digital cardiac cath system, according to IFT.

IFT believes its flex circuits will provide enhanced electrical performance to increase x-ray picture clarity, according to the Endicott, NY-based firm. Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
