Cares Built gets clearance for mobile C-arm

Digital x-ray developer Cares Built has received Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance for its Apollo mobile C-arm. Apollo is available in three configurations: Apollo Max, Apollo Plus, and Apollo Mini Max.

Apollo Max features 130º orbital rotation and a rotating anode for interventional surgical procedures and full fluoroscopic procedures, according to the Keyport, NJ-based vendor. Cares Built will begin marketing Apollo throughout its national dealer network.
