Digital x-ray developer Imaging Dynamics has promoted Michael Baker to president and CEO. Baker, who has been president of the Calgary, Alberta-based firm's U.S. operations since September 2000, replaces Ronald King following his resignation. King will remain on the vendor's board of directors.
Before joining IDC, Baker served as CEO of Swissray Information Solutions, and was senior vice president at Lockheed Martin Medical Systems. He has also held senior positions with GE Medical Systems and Philips Medical Systems.
