Kodak and Broadlane agreement to include largest HMO

Kodak and Broadlane are expanding their group purchasing agreement to include the nation’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, Kaiser Permanente, through 2008.

Under the agreement, Eastman Kodak Health Imaging will supply medical imaging products and services to the nearly 300 Kaiser hospitals and clinics nationwide. Of these, about 170 offer medical imaging services.

The Kodak products and services included under the Broadlane agreement are medical x-ray film, laser imagers, computed radiography systems, and Kodak network services, training, and support.

Broadlane is a supply-chain management service that offers group purchasing, procurement consulting, materials management outsourcing, and technology services.
