Siemens, Medtronic ink 3-D fluoroscopy deal

Siemens Medical Solutions of Iselin, NJ, and Medtronic Surgical Navigation Technologies of Louisville, CO (a division of Minneapolis-based Medtronic) have signed a U.S. distribution agreement for Siemen’s 3-D fluoroscopy imaging product, Siremobil Iso-C3D -D. The deal permits Medtronic to bundle its navigation tool, StealthStation treatment guidance system, with the modality to offer a minimally invasive surgical technology package.
