Kodak releases dental CR system

Eastman Kodak Health Group has released the Kodak CR 7400 for dental imaging, according to the Rochester, NY-based firm.

CR 7400 can deliver a full range of intraoral and extraoral images digitally, and is fully integrated with the firm's other dental digital products. The system also supports Kodak's imaging software for image enhancement and on-screen display, Kodak said.

The device is now available in the U.S. and Canada, and will be available worldwide over the next few months, the company said.
