Canadian digital radiography firm Imaging Dynamics reported strong fiscal 2006 second-quarter revenues of $7.9 million (U.S.), up 20% compared with the $6.6 million booked in the second quarter of 2005.
The Calgary-based developer said that for the period (end-June 30) it posted a net loss of $1.1 million, a sharp slide compared with net income of $893,000 in the same period last year.
The firm attributed the downturn to increased expenses for sales and marketing, administrative costs, and research and development in the quarter.
