Swissray deploys remote monitoring

Digital x-ray developer Swissray International reported that it has successfully deployed a proactive remote monitoring service.

The application, which utilizes technology from device-management developer Questra, supports monitoring, diagnostics, proactive and reactive alarms/alerts, remote desktop control, software configuration management, and analytics on a real-time, 24x7 basis, according to the Elizabeth, NJ-based vendor.

All new Swissray ddR systems come with remote monitoring capability, the company said.
