Medical imaging positioning device developer Clear Image Devices (CID) of Ann Arbor, MI, has released a new version of its two-step positioning platform for use with the CXDI 50G portable digital radiography system from Canon Medical Systems of Irvine, CA.
The two-step positioning platform is used to place a patient in an optimal position for obtaining weight-bearing and nonweight-bearing x-ray images of the feet, ankles, and lower leg, according to CID. The device is available now and is priced at $2,250, the company said.
