Digital radiography vendor Canon Medical Systems of Lake Success, NY, will showcase its full line of portable and general digital radiography (DR) systems at the annual meeting of the Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) in Providence, RI.
On display in Canon's booth will be Canon CXDI-50G, with its large imaging area (14 x 17 inches), integrated with the company's RadPro 40kw Mobile X-ray System, which may be used for bedside and postoperative procedures, as well as CXDI-50C, which carries minimal x-ray exposure to patients and can be used in pediatric and orthopedic applications.
Canon will also display its DR Image Viewer software with DR Image Viewer Light, which allows users to copy an image to a CD or DVD with or without a subset of viewing and manipulating tools.
