Carestream nets Health Canada nod for DRX-1

Carestream Health has received a medical device license from Health Canada for its DRX-1 digital radiography (DR) system.

DRX-1 is a wireless, cassette-based DR detector designed to fit existing x-ray rooms without modification, according to the Rochester, NY-based vendor.
