Imaging informatics firm Viztek has announced the installation of single-source digital radiography (DR) panels as an upgrade for an existing computed radiography (CR) suite at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA.
The Garner, NC-based firm reported that the combination of Viztek DR with its Opal-Rad PACS permits advanced digital workflow. The installation is a retrofit to an existing CR room, installed in 2008 to support a departmental conversion to PACS. Three other CR rooms remain in the department.
