Imaging informatics firm Viztek of Garner, NC, plans to highlight enhancements to its family of digital radiography (DR) systems at the upcoming RSNA conference, the company said.
New features include Viztek DR auto-positioning for its auto-stitch feature: The device automatically aligns multiple images to create a single picture and compensates for any patient movement across exposures. The company also plans to introduce a new weight-bearing DR stand for podiatric x-rays that require patients to exert pressure on their feet.
