Del Global Technologies has completed the sale of its Del Medical Imaging business to medical imaging distributor UMG.
The new entity will be called Del Medical and remain at its current Roselle, IL, location, according to the firm. UMG of Harrison, NY, said it would run Del Medical as a wholly owned subsidiary, enhance its existing product line, and maintain its current distribution channels.
