Radiography equipment vendor Quantum Medical Imaging of Ronkonkoma, NY, has won a contract with a South Dakota hospital, the company said.
The Wagner Community Memorial Hospital Imaging Department in Wagner, SD, has installed Quantum's Q-Rad-Digital system, which includes a CXDI-50G digital panel from Canon U.S.A. of Irvine, CA. The system features a ceiling-mounted tube stand and a portable DR panel that allows patients transported to the department in gurneys to be imaged without being moved to the table, according to Quantum.
The sale and installation was facilitated by NXC Imaging, a Quantum dealer in the U.S.
