GE Healthcare is debuting new clinical visualization tools for interventional radiology at this week's Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) meeting in Tampa, FL.
Innova Vision provides dynamic overlays of 2D fluoroscopic images and 3D models from multiple modalities, according to the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based vendor. This allows clinicians to support localization and guidance of guidewires, catheters, coils, and other devices by visualizing them on a real-time 3D model, GE said.
Another new application, TrackVision, provides needle trajectory planning and control from the Innova Central table-side touchscreen.
