Radiography equipment vendor Quantum Medical Imaging of Ronkonkoma, NY, has completed an installation of its overhead digital x-ray system at a Colorado medical center.
Vail Valley Medical Center in Vail, CO, installed the system, which includes the Canon CXDI-40G and CXDI-50G digital receptors from Canon U.S.A. of Lake Success, NY. The sale and installation were facilitated by Medical Imaging Technologies.
The system includes Quantum's Q-Rad ceiling-mounted system with an overhead ceiling-mounted x-ray tube suspension, elevating four-way float radiographic table, and wall stand. Canon's CXDI-40G digital receptor is mounted in the wall stand while the second CXDI-50G digital receptor is used in the table, Quantum said.
