Quantum signs Shands

Radiography equipment vendor Quantum Medical Imaging said that it has installed eight radiography systems at Shands Medical Center at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.

Four of the systems included Quantum's NX-DR dual-panel detectors from Varian Medical Systems of Palo Alto, CA, with NX software from Agfa HealthCare of Greenville, SC, according to Quantum of Ronkonkoma, NY. Quantum dealer InterMed X-ray facilitated the sale and installation of the systems.
