Meridian to partner with Swissray

PACS integration company Meridian Medical Systems has signed a collaboration agreement with digital radiography (DR) developer Swissray International.

Meridian will provide its UDI 1717 flat-panel DR upgrade for Swissray's SwissVision workstation. Swissray, in turn, will market the product globally to x-ray imaging facilities.

Meridian's UDI 1717 DR upgrade received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in May.
