Radiography equipment vendor Quantum Medical Imaging has completed two upgrades to existing radiographic rooms at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
The digital radiography (DR) system upgrades included Quantum's Q-Connect integration technology and integration with the DRX-1 detector from Quantum's parent company, Carestream Health.
The two back-to-back rooms have been designed and fitted for low-dose, high-resolution, and high-volume digital imaging of weight-bearing feet, ankles, and calcaneus, Quantum said.
