Fuji launches wireless DR cassette device

Fujifilm Medical Systems USA has released FDR D-Evo plus C35i, a wireless digital radiography (DR) cassette system featuring a cesium iodide (CsI) scintillator and irradiation side sampling (ISS) technology.

The FDR D-Evo plus C35i cassette utilizes automatic trimming to reduce imaging time, according to the vendor. ISS technology places a thin-film transistor (TFT) sensor in front of the scintillation layer for enhanced image resolution and reduced dosage, Fuji said.
