Carestream Health's DRX-1 detectors were used at last month's 2013 National Football League (NFL) scouting combine, the company said.
The annual scouting combine is a weeklong event where college football players are evaluated by NFL coaches, general managers, and scouts in preparation for drafting new players.
Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital conducted comprehensive physicals for the players, which included imaging exams, Carestream said.
