Carestream Health has sold four DRX-Evolution digital radiography (DR) rooms and a DRX-Ascend system to Springfield Clinic in Springfield, IL.
Carestream has also retrofitted two fluoroscopy rooms and a portable imaging system with DRX-1 detectors, according to the vendor. The new systems join five Carestream DR systems and eight Carestream computed radiography (CR) systems that were previously installed at the Springfield Clinic.
The purchases are part of the institution's plan to convert nine of its facilities to digital imaging workflow, Carestream said.
