Fujifilm Medical Systems USA and Fujifilm SonoSite have donated imaging equipment for tornado relief and restoration efforts in Oklahoma.
The donations are to assist Norman Regional Health System with the overflow of patients resulting from the devastation at nearby Moore Medical Center, according to Fuji.
Fuji has provided its FDR D-Evo digital x-ray system, along with technology upgrades to the facility's existing computed radiography systems, professional services training, and a warranty on the full system for the diagnostic imaging department.
Fujifilm SonoSite has contributed its M-Turbo ultrasound scanner along with accessory equipment. The donations have a total market value of $198,500.
