Carestream completes CR installation in Nepal

Carestream Health has installed its Vita CR computed radiography (CR) system with Image Suite software at Bayalpata Hospital in western Nepal.

The installation was funded through a grant from the Rotary Foundation, according to Carestream.

The hospital is establishing a connection for physicians at Grande International Hospital in Kathmandu to view images and provide remote consultations for trauma patients at Bayalpata Hospital.
