Flat-panel digital radiography (DR) developer Rayence Canada, a division of Rayence, has been awarded a Canadian government DR contract.
The Nunavut territory government will install Rayence 1417WCC panels at 23 healthcare facilities. Installations will begin this month in Iqaluit, Nunavut's capital city, and will continue across the territory through March 2018.
Rayence Canada will fulfill the agreement with the help of partners CMI Calico Medical of Ontario and Nuon Imaging of Alberta, the company said.
Nunavut encompasses most of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago and is spread across an area of more than 680,000 square miles, according to Rayence.
