Trixell has launched a new subsidiary in China called Trixell Medical Devices, headquartered in Shanghai.
Trixell is a joint venture between digital x-ray developer Thales and multimodality OEMs Philips Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers. The new subsidiary will benefit from Thales' long-term presence in China; its production facility will be hosted at the Thales Shanghai site. The new firm will provide repair and production of flat-panel detectors, as well as technical support, Trixell said.
