Gamma camera developer Gamma Medica-Ideas has named three new executives.
Vice president Samir Chowdhury, Ph.D., has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of U.S. operations, while Koki Yoshioka, Ph.D., has been tapped as senior vice president of marketing and general manager of Norway operations. Yoshioka has been with the firm's Norwegian operations for 12 years.
Gamma Medica-Ideas has also named David Lapointe as senior vice president of marketing and general manager of Canadian operations. Lapointe co-founded Advanced Molecular Imaging, which was recently acquired by the Northridge, CA-based firm.
