Radiopharmaceutical developer Palatin Technologies has announced that executive vice president and chief technology officer Carl Spana also has taken on the title of interim president and CEO. Spana replaces president, CEO, and chairman Edward Quilty, who has left the company to work at Derma Sciences, a medical device company. In connection with the moves, director John Prendergast has been elected interim, non-executive chairman of the Princeton, NJ-based company.
