NAS closes Theseus acquisition

North American Scientific of Chatsworth, CA, has completed its long-awaited acquisition of radiopharmaceutical provider Theseus Imaging. Under the closing terms of the deal, Theseus shareholders will receive approximately 346,000 shares of NASI’s common stock and options in exchange for all of Theseus’ common stock. Theseus of Cambridge, MA, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of NASI.
