Royal Philips Electronics has nearly completed its acquisition of ADAC Laboratories of Milpitas, CA. The Dutch company yesterday announced that its tender offer for ADAC shares has expired, with over 90.56% of ADAC shares tendered to Philips.
With the required number of shares in hand, Philips will complete the acquisition shortly, and will begin integrating the U.S. operations of ADAC and Philips Medical Systems North America, according to the company.
