Nycomed Amersham Imaging has signed a two-year, sole-source agreement to provide group purchasing organization Premier with its TheraSeed palladium-103 prostate brachytherapy seed. Under the terms of the agreement, all Premier members and affiliates will be eligible to purchase TheraSeed, which London-based Nycomed Amersham markets on behalf of Theragenics of Buford, GA.
The agreement began on May 1. Starting in 2003, Nycomed Amersham will have two one-year renewal options.
