Integral Nuclear Associates (INA) said it has purchased the assets of Nuclear Imaging Systems and Cardiovascular Concepts, which operated 14 nuclear cardiology imaging centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
INA will continue to operate all of the sites, and plans to incorporate them into its growing nuclear cardiology business in the northeastern U.S. Physicians and patients can expect a seamless transition to ownership under INA, which will invest in new equipment and infrastructure to further improve service, according to general manager Sandra Atkinson.
